Dec 2016 – I have been working with Dagmar since February on our first design collection for interiors called ‘The Kaleidoscope Collection’ which launched at Decorex International this year (September 2016).
Dagmar’s knowledge of the interior design industry and her business acumen has been fundamental to our success so far.
With The Kaleidoscope fabric being shortlisted for The International Design & Architecture Awards 2016 in the Product Category and Designer’s Atelier being approved to exhibit at Decorex International it’s been a busy first year for us in our new venture.
Working with Dagmar has been a dream come true because not only has she allowed me to create unrestrictedly she also provided feedback whenever I got stuck.
What I have learned from working on this collaboration with Dagmar and her company Designer’s Atelier is truly invaluable. I am very grateful that Dagmar saw a potential in my work and helped me turn my dream into reality. I strongly value Dagmar’s opinion as well as her critique and would not hesitate to recommend her to others for collaboration or design work.

Dec 2016 – It’s been a dream to work with Dagmar! We have worked with other interior designers in the past but Dagmar is the most approachable, warm and fun to work with.
There are a few things that really stand out when thinking about the project work we have undertaken for Designer’s Atelier but I will share two I consider to be the most important: Dagmar is very organised and with her attention to detail she is therefore always striving for the very best in interior design.
We have worked with Dagmar on a number of projects in South Kensington, London and I would highly recommend Dagmar and her company Designer’s Atelier. Dagmar has a great eye for design, her design solutions are unique and she is wonderful to work with.

Aug 2015 – Dagmar was super to work with from concept to final product. She does a wonderful job in identifying the client’s taste and incorporating it into the project so that the end result is a culmination of what she envisions as a designer, and the look and feel desired by the client. Most importantly, Dagmar is very patient and very detailed ensuring that the client is satisfied and comfortable with final layout and selection of the furniture pieces. I would highly recommend Dagmar and would certainly use her services again. ABDULRAHMAN ALIREZA, Saudi Arabia
May 2015 – When I moved into my new flat it was functional with but no character, it was a sea of magnolia that was blinding me from seeing its true potential. The colour palette Dagmar recommended defines my personality and although I realise black, white and red would not suit everyone, that really is the point of Dagmar’s brilliance and strength, that through her vision she is able to meld bricks and mortar into a unique home that continues to ignite passion and joy long after the house warming party is over. Oct 2013 – Very special atmosphere and colour choice, extraordinary setup! PRIVATE CLIENT, LONDON
Oct 2012 – Thank you for the excellent work, will definitely use again. CHAIM CIK, Clockwork Estates, LONDON
Aug 2012 – Designer’s Atelier design studio is surrounded by the power of natural elements. Each organic cushion celebrates light, air or water through a choice of luxurious fabric or thoughtful design. Due to this, each Designer’s Atelier piece provokes a comfortable and organic look and feel, accentuating the relationship between man and nature. TOUCH OF MODERN, USA
Mar 2011 – “I really enjoyed the workshop which Dagmar delivered enthusiastically and professionally. Dagmar has a keen interest in ensuring attendees expand their mind through her teaching.” GRACE KELLY, CityGirl Confidence, ITALY
Nov 2010 – “The Designer’s Atelier bust is bold, graphic and dramatic while simultaneously having a soft and sensual quality that is quite dynamic. This is a standalone piece: on a great concrete pedestal or as the focal point of a cocktail table, and doesn’t belong hidden on a bookshelf!” JOE FAVA, Fava Design Group, Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA
June 2010 – Exceptional taste and insight! JONATHAN EAVES, Property International Now, UK
June 2010 – Sanderson Competition, Homes & Gardens – One of the Winners ( Winning entry was featured in June’s edition of Homes & Gardens )
Dagmar Holubova’s Global Fusion. With its emphasis on natural fabrics and textures, such as silk, velvet, horn and shell, this sophisticated scheme exudes a sense of grown-up luxury. Modular and steel framed furniture hints at a Seventies twist, complemented by boldly displayed artefacts, many of which represent far-flung lands. HOMES & GARDENS, UK
Nov 2009 – Astonishing composition! PRIVATE CLIENT, LONDON
Sep 2008 – One to Watch Competition, Mydeco Second Prize ( Nov 2008 – Internship at Kelly Hoppen Studio ) Judged by Sir Terence Conran & Philippe Starck.
Budding interior designer Dagmar Holubova calls Kelly Hoppen her ‘design icon’ so her prize of an internship at Hoppen’s studio couldn’t be more apt. She wowed the judges with her stylishly assembled concept boards and her terrific eye for design. MYDECO, UK
